OLF landing practice now scheduled for evening of Feb. 3

There has been a change to Field Carrier Landing Practice operations for aircraft stationed at NAS Whidbey Island scheduled to occur at the Outlying Field in Coupeville, Wash., on Wednesday Feb. 3.
